We're looking for Client Tax Reporting Specialist to:
- Drive the accurate and timely release of client tax reports by performing daily security income and holding reconciliations and processing for exceptions.
- Work with our onshore operations teams, external service provider and IT support to resolve breaks and issues.
- Provide support to the front office and key stakeholders in regard to client tax reporting.
- Perform all client tax reporting processes, including conducting quarterly and annual reviews.
- Assist with the ongoing maintenance of tax reporting procedure documents in response to changing business needs and ad-hoc internal projects.
You'll be working in the Wealth Management Client Tax Reporting team based in Sydney. The team is mandated to provide accurate Client Tax Guides to Wealth Management clients. Your expertise- At least 3 years of experience in Operations and/or Tax Reporting Function.
- Self-motivated individual with high attention to detail required to accurately perform reconciliations in a timely manner
- Product knowledge of Wealth Management products/product event life cycle, particularly Corporate Actions, and how it should be displayed in the client statements will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Have a strong risk mindset and be able to escalate issues and be transparent.
- Strong time management and organisational skills to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
- Innovative and able to drive results.
- Strong teamwork skill to collaborate with internal and external teams. Be able to demonstrate a strong partnership and inclusive to all team members.
- Microsoft Office knowledge (especially Microsoft Excel)
