Overview

We are recruiting for a Store Manager based in Port Lincoln. This is a full-time permanent role focused on leading a customer-centric store operation and delivering the best possible experience for customers and team members.

Responsibilities
  • Further grow, develop and build a "customer centric" culture to deliver the ultimate customer service experience every time
  • Monitor and drive sales performance of the store
  • Lead, develop and motivate a team to meet their full potential
  • Thrive in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
Qualifications
  • Be passionate about all things BCF to inspire our team and customers
  • Have previous experience in managing and leading teams with exposure to retail operations
