Continuing, Part Time (0.8 FTE – 58 hrs/fortnight). School of Health, Medical and Applied Sciences, CQUniversity Mackay City (Relocation support available). Total Remuneration (0.8 FTE) $87,151 to $98,990 pa (including salary of $73,644 to $83,648 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading).

We are searching for a passionate and industry-connected TAFE Teacher – Fitness to join our dynamic and student-focused team. • Develop and deliver high-quality, outcome-focused vocational education and training (VET) programs in Fitness.
• Use flexible, blended, and online delivery methods to meet the diverse needs of students across classroom, workplace, and digital platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry, schools, other VET providers, and internal university teams.

• A relevant vocational qualification in Fitness or a related field (Certificate, Diploma, Degree or higher).
• A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
• Current industry experience and knowledge of contemporary practices in the fitness sector.
• A genuine passion for education and training with strong skills in communication, student engagement, and flexible delivery.
• Understanding of VET compliance and commitment to delivering high-quality, student-centred learning experiences.
