ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head Chef to join the team at The Beckley, our in-house café. You will lead the kitchen and food operations by delivering high-quality food service, leadership of the kitchen team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Customer obsession to deliver the best workplace café in the world
  • Team leadership
  • Food preparation and delivery
  • Inclusive menu development and delivery
  • Innovation and up-to-date with food and beverage trends
  • Commercial acumen for food planning and delivering to achieve budgets
  • Internal catering for events and team connects
  • Inventory management, ordering, and stocktake control
  • Housekeeping and maintenance of kitchen supplies
  • Leadership and development of the kitchen team, including recruitment
  • Ability to work effectively with Hospitality Manager and front of house team

This role requires flexibility on availability between Sunday to Friday.
