About the Company:

Our client is a global leader in risk management and emergency response services, specializing in complex, high-risk environments. Position Overview:

The Financial Analyst will support core financial functions including rate and pricing analysis, forecasting, and M&A activities. This position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with teams including Commercial, Strategy, and Operations. Ideal candidates will bring a strong foundation in financial analysis, pricing strategy, and corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and analyze rate structures and pricing models to support business decisions.
Conduct profitability analysis on pricing proposals and customer contracts.
Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure pricing aligns with market and financial goals.
Monitor and report on pricing trends and competitive positioning.

Mergers & Acquisitions Support

Assist in evaluating potential M&A targets through financial modeling and analysis.
Participate in due diligence processes, including reviewing financial statements and operational data.
Support integration efforts post-acquisition, working with internal stakeholders.
Contribute to investment decks and reports for senior leadership.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.
Analyze financial variances and provide actionable insights.
Maintain and enhance financial models to support strategic planning.
Assist in preparing materials for board meetings and investor updates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau) is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in pricing strategy, rate analysis, or M&A is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
