The Role

This large QLD State Government Department are seeking a Business Support Officer to join their Housing team for an initial 3-month temporary contract Your duties will include:

This Role is in the Housing team supporting the Ipswich regional office. Your duties will include;

  • Work Order Creation and Work Order Management
  • Data entry including collation, and interpretation of information in Microsoft Excel.
  • Shared inbox management
  • Liaison with operational staff and supervisors.
  • Updating records and information systems
  • Compile documents and reports

You

The successful candidates will have strong administration skills and work order experience. You will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with recurring tasks
  • Strong time management skills
  • Finance administration experience highly desirable
