JB Hi-Fi is looking for enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated Christmas Casuals to join the JB Hi-Fi team. Recruitment for these roles will begin in August, with start dates ranging from September to October depending on store needs and candidate availability.

Job Description

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic, passionate, and highly motivated Christmas Casuals to join the JB Hi-Fi team. As a Christmas Casual, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a high-performance culture, ensuring that our customers have a great experience when shopping in our stores.

• Help across a number of areas within our stores from customer facing to back of house.
• Provide a high level of customer service including pre, during and post the sale.
• Contribute to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising products on the sales floor.
• Support the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store.

Please note, our Christmas Casual Team Members must have availability to work the peak period (ranging from September/October 2025 to the start of February 2026). You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.

Qualifications

• You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games
• Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated
• Customer focused and results driven
• You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
