Join a progressive boutique law firm, with nearly 50 years experience, currently seeking an Associate or Senior Associate (3-5 PQE) to join their highly regarded commercial law team.

About the Role

Readily available caseload for the successful candidate. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of commercial law cases:
  • Handling business acquisitions and sales.
  • Assisting with corporate structuring.
  • Advising on shareholders agreements, joint ventures, and partnerships.
  • Resolving shareholder and partnership disputes.
  • Providing general commercial and contract advice.
  • Conducting legal research, including case law reviews and legislative updates.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide expert legal counsel and representation, guiding clients through complex commercial law matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
  • Mentor and supervise junior lawyers, fostering their professional growth and strengthening the team.

About You

  • 3-5 years PQE.
  • Strong experience managing complex commercial law matters.
  • Capable of handling multiple transactions and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously and mentor junior lawyers (for Senior Associate level).
