About the Position• Exciting opportunity in a hybrid role, working from home 2 days a week.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with accurate and timely financial reporting by extracting and updating production and stock data.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Upload third-party and customer information and contracts.
- Update product codes and costing documents regularly.
- Analyze labour data costs and update models for financial reporting.
- Support data integrity for operational reporting.
- Maintain monthly cost simulator spreadsheet.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required within the Finance and Operations team.
To be successful, you will ideally have experience in Finance, Operations or Production, and exposure to master data or data analysis.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to liaise with various stakeholders and willingness to learn and add value to the business.
- Part of a supportive and dynamic team.
