Overview

Join our team as the Cadbury Casual Retail Display Support for the Metro East area (Maddington, Byford, Kwinana). This casual role averages 19 hours per week, with Wednesdays to Fridays availability preferred. You must have access to your own vehicle, car insurance, and a valid driver's license. Additional hours may be available during peak periods.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers and the Sales team by being reliable, efficient, and communicating effectively.
  • Set up product displays in line with Mondelēz standards at pre‑agreed locations.
  • Use impactful Point of Sale on displays to generate shopper interest in Mondelēz products.
  • Ensure Mondelēz products are always available on shelf for shoppers to purchase.
  • Look for opportunities to enable shoppers to enjoy Mondelēz products.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Casual role with availability to work Wednesdays to Fridays (mid‑week availability preferred).
  • Interest in developing skills in Sales, Merchandising, and Customer Service.
  • Access to your own vehicle with car insurance and a valid driver's license.
