  • Ensure the smooth check-in and check-out of all guests.
  • Interact with stakeholders and meet challenges with professionalism.
  • Accommodate the requests and needs of all guests, make recommendations, and upsell rooms and related services.
  • Greet and assist clients, staff, and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Perform general reception duties such as handling incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries efficiently.
  • Assist residents with services similar to those provided by hotel concierges, including arranging deliveries, making reservations, coordinating repairs, and organizing social events within the community.
  • Proactively communicate any guest feedback to the Duty Manager to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls from inside and outside the hotel.
  • Answer and process reservation inquiries if required.
  • Maintain current knowledge of all room rates and packages available.
  • Dispatch requests to the appropriate department.
  • Monitor the safety and security of the hotel.

Qualifications and skills:

  • 6 Months' experience as a Guest Service Agent or receptionist in a hotel is desirable but not essential.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, communication, and time management skills.
  • A friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Proven ability to work unsupervised.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evening shifts including public holidays.
