We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customizing and integrating Dynamics 365 modules, providing technical leadership, and ensuring solutions align with business goals.

• Design and architect end-to-end Dynamics 365 solutions tailored to business needs.
• Lead the customization, configuration, and integration of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, etc.).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure best practices for security, data management, and performance optimization.
• Develop and maintain documentation of architecture, configurations, and integrations.
• Stay updated on the latest Dynamics 365 features and industry trends.
• Support deployment, testing, and post-implementation activities.

• Experience configuring and developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience in integration patterns, service development (SOAP Web Services and RESTful APIs), API management (API security and usage policy definition) and SOA framework, as well as messaging formats (JSON and XML).
• Experience in service design and working with analysts and stakeholders to define reusable API services.
• Experience in evaluating stakeholder requirements and developing and presenting solution options to senior management and various stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics modules, not limited to Field Service, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
• Experience with integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other software solutions using Azure Stack.
• Hands-on experience in C#, REST, Web API and Azure technologies.
• Hands-on experience in DevOps for Dynamics 365 using Azure DevOps build and Release pipelines.
• Experience in reporting for Dynamics 365, integration with Dynamics 365.
• Experience in developing Dynamics CRM custom workflows, plug-ins, and custom integration solutions with third-party vendors.
