We are seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist for a permanent role in Ipswich.

Located in the heart of Ipswich CBD, our brand new office offers convenient access with nearby takeaway shops for lunch, and Queens Park just around the corner for a relaxing stroll. We provide on-site lockers and showers, ideal for cycling to work or quick workouts.

The role involves managing a diverse caseload of adult and pediatric clients with developmental and acquired disabilities, with opportunities to enhance skills in dysphagia management, AAC prescription and implementation, and general therapy techniques.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments and designing therapy plans across various settings, including clients' homes, day centers, parks, and beaches.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative client solutions.
  • Building strong relationships with clients to see the lasting impact of your work.

About You

We seek Speechies who are proactive, passionate about participant care, and willing to challenge ideas for the benefit of clients. You should have:

  • SPA registration
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle
  • NDIS, Working with Children, and Police Checks (or willingness to obtain)
