We are proud to introduce an exciting opportunity within Global Retail Brands, Australia's premier specialty homewares retailer, boasting a vast network of over 300 stores nationwide. We are actively seeking two eCommerce Coordinators to join our amazing eCommerce team with a focus on our Robins Kitchen and Baccarat platforms

About the Role:

Reporting to the eCommerce Managers, we have two newly created opportunities for new members to join our successful and fun eCommerce/Digital Team working on some of Australia's biggest kitchenware brands like Robins Kitchens and Baccarat.

The eCommerce Coordinator will support the eCommerce Managers, to drive the success of our online presence and online sales on our Shopify site, to help ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience and to drive growth in sales and engagement.

Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Support the eCommerce Managers, across all daily and weekly tasks to help drive sales on the website as well as across all digital and social touchpoints
• Assist the eCommerce Manager to build and schedule eDM's using Emarsys CRM, whilst also reviewing daily and weekly checks of scheduled EDMs to ensure imagery and pricing is correct before sending out to the database
• Support the Head of eCommerce, in keeping the website up to date with relevant changes and promotional material in line with scheduled promotional events, such as scheduling web banners, landing pages, campaigns and campaign pages, homepage changes and other web content on Shopify
• Creating and loading meta tags, collection tags and product tags for sales periods on the Shopify site backend for all sales and campaigns and to cross check with the product teams.
• Assisting the Head of eCommerce, with the general UX and CRO maintenance of the website and merchandising across the website using SearchSpring to ensure top selling products are seen at the top of the category or are merchandised by campaign or event.
• Analysing website catalogues and product roll-ups to ensure tagging and pricing are accurate and appropriate for each discount before loading through to Shopify.
• Support the Head of eCommerce, to analyse website and paid performance data and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement
• Must be able to work across multiple excel spreadsheets and be savvy in excel spreadsheets, as well as work across multiple product and pricing catalogues – ie: a high attention to detail is required

About you:

• 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce or digital marketing, preferably with the Shopify platform in the retail industry (Desirable)
• Motivated team player with proven ability to work to a deadline
• Analytical skills, attention to detail and competence in reviewing and understanding data.
• Experience with content management systems preferable, but not essential
• Strong understanding of online shopping behaviour, user experience and conversion optimisation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ideal but not essential for experience in Shopify, Prismic, emarsys, GA4, Meta suite, Google suite

These full-time positions offers the opportunity for a passionate and experienced eCommerce Coordinator, to join a fast-paced, highly dynamic eCommerce team and environment and to help support and contribute towards the growth and trajectory of our digital marketing efforts.
