Job DetailsThis is an on-site position. We are interested in hearing from you if you are compassionate, tenacious, and want to promote human potential through creative problem solving and collaboration.
Responsibilities- Motivate and empower clients to take steps towards meaningful employment.
- Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for clients.
- Place clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes.
- Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and contractual requirements.
- Ensure clients, employers and partners receive exceptional service at every stage of the process.
Attributes and Experience:
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
- Ideally, demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges.
- Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
- Confident working toward KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable employment for clients and employers.
- Desire to be part of the atWork Australia family, with a true belief in our purpose: to connect people and business so both can thrive.
- Hold a current Driver's Licence.
- No prior employment services experience necessary.
