Your ability to provide exceptional customer service, smooth workforce scheduling, payroll processing, procurement, and compliance tracking will keep everything running smoothly. About You:
  • Demonstrated experience in Administration or Finance.
  • High levels of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong administration and time management skills, demonstrating efficient work practices to coordinate and prioritise tasks.
  • Strong computer literacy, demonstrating confidence and capability in using systems and technology.
  • A demonstrated team player who is capable of working independently and takes pride in completing work to a high standard.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability and commitment to establish and build relationships with stakeholders.

  • Hold a current Australian Driver's Licence (unrestricted) and willingness to use a personal vehicle for work purposes, in accordance with Aruma policy.
  • Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements (as per role and/or State).
Desirable:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the NDIS funding model and processes.
  • Understanding of the Disability Service sector.
  • Formal leadership training (e.g. Cert IV or Diploma of Frontline Management).
