Our program is the ideal opportunity for you to experience firsthand what it is like to work as a lawyer in our Global firm. We have nine practice areas across Australia and operate across five continents. In our 12-month Graduate Program you will have the opportunity to complete three rotations giving you in-depth experience and providing real insight into life as a lawyer at K&L Gates.

What do we look for in a graduate?

We are looking for talented, well-rounded, imaginative and hard-working individuals from diverse backgrounds and ideas to join us.

Our aim is to provide individuals with the opportunities and support they need to reach their full potential. Academic results are important but to be a future lawyer in our firm you need to demonstrate talent and skill in a variety of areas.
