Landscape Maintenance Site Supervisor Role

This is an opportunity to join our team as a Landscape Maintenance Site Supervisor at Landscape Solutions.

We deliver quality commercial landscaping solutions, including landscape construction, maintenance, civil, building services, irrigation, environmental services, and sports turf management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain high-end horticulture sites with award-winning standards.
  • Operate and oversee the use of advanced machinery and technology.
  • Lead your team in completing all landscape maintenance and turf duties.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders, representing Landscape Solutions professionally on site.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as pre-starts, reporting, and safety checks (SWMS).
  • Perform horticultural works including pruning, planting, and mulching.
  • Operate machinery like zero-turn ride-on mowers and hand tools.
  • Apply chemicals using backpack sprayers and specialized rigs.
Candidate Requirements
  • A professional attitude towards customers and team members.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Prefers working outdoors in natural surroundings.
  • Certificate III in Parks & Gardens or equivalent desired.
  • Valid driver's license (manual or automatic) required.
  • Willingness to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
