The RoleAlkimos PS is seeking a motivated School Psychologist to join our friendly team. The successful applicant will:
- develop and maintain positive relationships with a variety of stakeholders, consult widely, and work effectively with school leadership, students, and parents
- collaborate closely with school leadership and the Student Services team
- be able to work well as part of a team and independently when required
- support the wellbeing and educational outcomes of students through school psychology services and programs

EligibilityTo work with us, you must:
- hold or be eligible for provisional or general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia
- be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with work rights for the term of the appointment
- obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start
- consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start

Qualifications / Selection Criteria- Demonstrated ability to implement school psychology services and programs in an educational environment to maximise student learning outcomes
- Demonstrated knowledge of the implementation and evaluation of psychological approaches appropriate for individual, group, and system-level intervention
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to produce correspondence, reports, case notes, and facilitate interviews and training
- Highly developed interpersonal skills to work autonomously and as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Ability to apply analytical and conceptual skills to issues identification, risk assessment, intervention, and evaluation
