About the Role

ECCO Harbour Town Gold Coast seeks a dedicated Sales Associate eager to provide a premium shopping experience, selling shoes that practically sell themselves.

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment, uphold brand quality, and achieve sales targets
  • Align with visual merchandising plans and mystery shopper standards
  • Process customer orders, returns, and maintain inventory according to standards
  • Maintain store tidiness and general housekeeping
Skills & Experience

To succeed, you should have:

  • Previous retail sales or similar experience with persuasive communication skills
  • Proven success in achieving KPIs and sales targets
  • A professional approach to providing exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassador
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • A growth mindset in a dynamic environment
  • Passion for product knowledge and training, with a willingness to learn
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
