The Opportunity

The Associate Management Consultant role focuses on conducting analysis, developing persuasive written reports, helping to facilitate workshops, and directing the activities of client project teams. You will work closely with clients, generally in small consulting teams, to meet project deliverables.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working closely with executive teams and boards to help shape strategic initiatives
• Leading small and mid-sized client engagements with the support of a senior team member
• Identifying information sources, gathering and interpreting data, and presenting compelling findings and recommendations
• Developing and nurturing strong client relationships to ensure project success and long-term impact
• Facilitating workshops to help clients achieve their strategic and operational objectives
• Develop innovative ideas and tailored solutions for clients, and contribute to the continuous improvement and growth of the consulting practice

To Be Successful

To thrive in this role, you will bring strong experience in strategy consulting, coupled with a deep passion for supporting purpose-driven organisations to achieve meaningful outcomes.

• Outstanding academic achievements, likely supported by an MBA or equivalent advanced degree
• At least 2 years of strategy consulting experience at a reputable, top-tier firm
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven consulting toolkit
• Strong communication and influencing skills that foster collaboration and build trust
• Confidence in structuring and presenting complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
• High attention to detail, excellent written skills, and a strong ability to balance competing priorities
• A growth mindset with a willingness to learn, share knowledge, and contribute to a dynamic team environment
