What You'll Do
  • Lead your team by example, delivering top-tier customer experiences
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency
  • Manage daily inventory and stock
  • Ensure a safe, positive work environment that meets all OH&S standards
  • Recruit, train, and inspire your team to grow
  • Monitor key metrics like labour costs and COGs
  • Take ownership of the venue's performance, including P&L responsibility

  • A natural leader with hospitality or retail management experience (QSR experience a bonus)
  • A people-first person who thrives on building strong team and customer relationships
  • Positive, proactive, and always ready to take on a challenge
