We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven Float Lead Educator to join our team at Guardian Pimpama, supporting our 2–5-year-old learning environments. This role is all about variety, collaboration, and development. You'll work alongside and support our Lead Educators, stepping in to lead a room when the Lead Educator is on leave, and offering hands-on support with programming and planning all while building on experience as a Lead across multiple age gorups

What We're Looking For:
  • A completed Diploma in Children's Services
  • Experience as an Educator or Lead Educator in a long day care setting
  • A passion for early learning and a desire to lead
  • Working knowledge of the NQF and EYLF
  • QLD Paid Blue Card
  • Full-time working rights
