The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Organization, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional patient care are essential.

Hours of Operation:
  • Monday - Thursday: 8am - 5pm
  • Every 2nd Friday: 8am - 2pm (with potential to expand to every Friday)
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome patients warmly and professionally
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer calls and respond promptly to inquiries
  • Process payments and keep accurate financial records
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying
Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year dental experience (required)
  • Customer service or hospitality experience (preferred)
  • Reception/administrative experience

Work hours: 30-40 hours per week. Compensation based on experience.
