Overview

As a Concession Sales Consultant, you will collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes.

Responsibilities
  • Put the customer at the heart of everything you do by providing an exceptional experience through great service, product knowledge and a seamless point of sale transaction
  • Utilise tools to stay up to date with the latest products and share that knowledge with customers
  • Contribute to smooth store operations through effective stock management and loss prevention
  • Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store is presented in accordance with brand standards
  • Live and role model the Country Road Group values, collaborating with your store team to deliver results
