The Opportunity

Our Lysaght business has multiple opportunities available for Loader Operators to join the Transport team based in Archerfield, QLD. Since 1921, Lysaght has manufactured and marketed steel building products that have helped shape the nation, from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes to large commercial and industrial projects.

As a Loader Operator, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. You will work with the team to load and unload steel products as they arrive and are dispatched to our customers. Using forklifts and other lifting equipment, you will move the products safely and accurately. There will also be some general warehousing duties to give your day variety.

We have multiple full-time, permanent opportunities across morning and night shifts, operating throughout the week. These include a competitive hourly rate starting from $31.14 per hour, plus shift allowances for both morning and night shifts, as well as eligibility for performance bonuses paid quarterly.

Shift Details

• Morning Shift: Monday to Thursday (3:30am – 12:00pm), Friday (3:50am – 10:00am)
• Night Shift: Sunday to Wednesday (7:00pm – 3:20am), Thursday (7:00pm – 1:10am)

What Will You Do?
Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading steel products from trucks
• Operating forklifts and other plant equipment safely and efficiently
• Conducting routine safety and equipment checks
• Assisting with general warehouse duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Coordinating with team members and supervisors to meet production and dispatch schedules
