Key Responsibilities
Supporting students with diverse needs, including academic, behavioural, physical, and emotional challenges
Assist in the daily operations of the school
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, parish members, and the wider community to foster positive relationships
Implement annual priorities aligned with the school's long-term strategic goals, vision, and mission
Actively participate in and lead relevant professional development initiatives

Have a strong commitment to the Catholic ethos and values of Catherine McAuley School
Demonstrate empathy, patience, and resilience when working with students
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong, trusting relationships across the school community
Adaptability, initiative, and a willingness to embrace ongoing learning
A collaborative leadership style that promotes teamwork and collective success
Strong attention to detail, with a high level of competence in managing operational tasks and responsibilities
Strong understanding of data, with proven ability to analyse data and use data to guide and inform ongoing and future practices and initiatives
