Our Colac branch has an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to join our store as a Branch Manager.

About the role:

As our new Branch Manager, you will play a key role in leading our established team through an exciting period of growth. With your passion for the industry, community, and our machinery and equipment, you will help us drive the success and expansion we envision in both sales and service.

The ideal candidate will be deeply committed to achieving the branch's business objectives while meeting the expectations of all key stakeholders—owners, customers, and employees. You will provide strong leadership to our experienced team, overseeing the effective allocation and management of both physical and financial resources. Your focus will be on ensuring the branch's ongoing profitability and growth, supporting the professional development of employees, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Other tasks and responsibilities include:

  1. Working with the team to ensure the branch has increased sales, profitability, and market share.
  2. Execution of the business plan and achieving financial performance goals, including sales, budgets, and cost control.
  3. Developing and maintaining a positive relationship with all existing and new customers and working to resolve any elevated customer issues.
  4. Leading your team to success with great communication, engagement, and employee development skills.
  5. Collaborating with other branch managers and areas of the business to implement best practices and consistent processes for all departments within the organization.
  6. Ensuring the successful planning and execution of marketing activities and events.
  7. Maintaining a safe, healthy, and happy working environment and facilities.

About you:

  1. Proven success in leading and motivating a team.
  2. Commercial and financial acumen ideally developed within retail, agricultural, or mechanical industries.
  3. Strong sales and customer satisfaction focus.
  4. Solid analytical, business planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
