Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restoration Technician at Elite Restoration. The Restoration Technician will be responsible for tasks such as water damage restoration, mitigating damage, and communicating effectively with team members and clients.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience/knowledge in water/fire damage restoration and mould remediation.

• Must have a current open driver's license.

• Must have excellent attention to detail.

• IICRC certification is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Ability to lead and develop a team

• Provide comprehensive reports via use of a table on the assessment of a customer's contents/property.

• Be Involved in onsite risk assessment, toolbox talks & risk identification

• Keep facilities, equipment, vehicles & tools clean as requested

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Conducting regular inspections of facilities to identify areas where repairs are needed

• Use and general maintenance of machinery.

• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
