Group Data Architect - Associate Director

Our dynamic team within the Corporate Operations Group plays a pivotal role in managing data risk and shaping the strategic vision for our data architecture. We collaborate with cross-divisional stakeholders to drive the adoption of key data risk management capabilities, educate teams, and uplift organisational data practices.

What role will you play?

In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of a forward-thinking data architecture strategy and framework tailored to our Group's needs. You will cultivate a thriving data architecture community of best practice, fostering collaboration and innovation. Partnering with senior stakeholders, you will ensure data architecture solutions align with our Group's strategic goals, business needs, and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will enable data-driven decision-making at all levels, as you provide guidance on data architecture matters and build strong stakeholder relationships.

What you offer

  • Extensive expertise in modern data architecture principles, with hands-on experience as a data architect and/or data engineer, including designing, implementing, and governing data modelling frameworks
  • Strong proficiency in developing data strategies and implementing associated technical and tooling frameworks
  • Demonstrated ability to lead data architecture governance in complex, evolving business environments
  • Experience in a regulated financial services environment is valuable.
