We're partnering with a leading organisation working on high-impact, enterprise-scale programs requiring robust, forward-looking architecture. As a Senior Solution Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technology and business strategy, contributing to enterprise architecture leadership, integration design, and strategic alignment across a complex IT landscape.

This is a rare opportunity to take on a 2IC role to the Head of Architecture, where you'll influence the architectural roadmap, engage directly with senior stakeholders, and drive business-aligned solutions across a dynamic and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps focused on integration, networking, and solution design.
• Act as a key strategic interface between business and technology teams, ensuring architecture outcomes are aligned with business goals.
• Provide architectural oversight across Oracle platforms, SaaS ecosystems, and high-performance computing environments.
• Mentor and guide architecture and delivery teams, promoting best practices in scalable, secure, and reusable solution design.
• Engage and collaborate with stakeholders across IT, operations, and executive leadership to deliver cohesive enterprise outcomes.

About You

You're a senior architectural leader with deep expertise in:

• Integration and networking design across complex enterprise environments.
• Business architecture and aligning solutions with organisational strategy.
• Oracle and SaaS-based solutions (e.g., Oracle Cloud, Workday, Salesforce).
• High-performance computing (HPC) and infrastructure-aware design.
• Agile or hybrid project environments with enterprise delivery scope.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Solution Architect in enterprise and/or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle platforms, SaaS integrations, and cloud-based architectures.
• Ability to lead architectural governance, roadmap development, and solution planning.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Australian Citizenship (mandatory, due to security requirements).
• Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure)
• TOGAF or equivalent EA certification
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as SAFe
