Are you a passionate MSK physio looking to work within a dedicated and supportive team in a beautiful coastal setting with flexibility, variety, and a stable base salary, plus rewards?

Located in central Ocean Grove, we come into work each day to "Inspire a healthier community by connecting people with their body's capacity for Healing, Growth, Optimisation - and to Each Other." Responsibilities

As part of our practice, you will typically conduct 1:1 individual consults (in rooms and gym-based) and small group rehabilitation sessions. You will work within structured clinical pathways including GLA:D and our Clinical Exercise Groups, Functional Strength Coaching, and Clinical Pilates. You will contribute to well-established relationships with local GP practices, sporting clubs, and WOM referrals to maintain a steady stream of quality referrals.

Practicals — our locations and setup
  • Two sites: Main clinic at 78 The Avenue OG, near central park and main street
  • Gym clinic in the OG Industrial Estate, 22 Sinclair St OG, with a large gym, treatment room, pilates studio, recovery room; shared with SCY247
  • 1:1 consultations and small group rehab sessions
  • Structured clinical pathways including GLA:D, Clinical Exercise Groups, Functional Strength Coaching, and Clinical Pilates
  • Established relationships with local GP practices, sporting clubs, and referrals from satisfied clients

We are committed to supporting you in developing skills, confidence, and competencies from induction through ongoing training and mentoring.

Qualifications and fit
  • Established Private Practice Physio: Proficient in managing a caseload, clinical reasoning, and communicating plans; building relationships with referrers and patients; guiding patients through their journeys to achieve outcomes.
  • Experienced / Advanced Physios: Opportunities to mentor younger therapists or pursue niche special interests; potential business pathway opportunities.
