We're looking for a Sydney-based videographer who gets direct-to-consumer brands, understands TikTok culture, and knows how to shoot and edit content that performs in paid ads.

This isn't a junior role or a typical brand shoot. We're after someone who's already been in the trenches—creating short-form, snappy content for brands, ideally with some UGC-style and TikTok-native experience under their belt.

The Role (Casual / Freelance):

You'll be our go-to creative on the ground for shoots in Sydney, working with some of Australia's fastest-growing eCommerce brands. That means:

  • Working with talent to capture real, authentic stories
  • Editing punchy TikToks, reels, and ads that sell (not just look pretty)
  • Contributing ideas and angles that make content stand out in-feed

Who You Are:

  • You're confident behind the camera and quick with edits
  • You understand how paid ads work (especially TikTok/Facebook)
  • You've worked with DTC brands or ad agencies before
  • You know what performs vs what just looks good
  • You're Sydney-based and flexible for casual or project-based work

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have your own gear (camera, lighting, mic)
  • Can manage small productions independently
  • Have experience directing talent (especially UGC creators or influencers)
  • Are active on TikTok or have created viral content before
