The Role

This Commercial Account Executive will manage full-cycle sales, largely inbound, navigating multi-stakeholder deal cycles, and delivering high-impact product demos to drive growth. With a strong pipeline of opportunities, you'll play a key role in expanding market presence and delivering value to clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Manage the full sales cycle – from lead qualification to closing deals.
  2. Consult with mid-market businesses – understand their challenges and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Deliver engaging product demos – showcase the platform's value to multiple stakeholders.
  4. Navigate complex deal cycles – work with decision-makers to drive successful outcomes.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally – provide client insights to improve the product and sales strategy.
  6. Track key sales metrics – maintain accurate reporting on performance, pipeline, and forecasts.

Who You Are

  • Experienced – Minimum 4+ years in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Data-Driven – Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and performance tracking.
  • Melbourne-Based – Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
