We're currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to lead our busy, fast-paced workshop. If you excel in a hands-on leadership role, enjoy motivating a team, and have a genuine passion for the automotive industry, we'd love to hear from you
About the Role:
- Lead and inspire your team to meet KPIs and smash sales targets
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, clients, and suppliers
- Track and report on KPIs and targets to head office
- Be the expert on all things automotive and promote top-notch brands and products
- Ensure our workshop runs like a well-oiled machine, maintaining a safe, clean environment
- Uphold our Quality Assurance System for top-quality service
- You're passionate about the automotive industry and ready to lead with energy
- Proven track record in managing an automotive service centre or similar role
- Experience in sales with a results-driven mindset
- Trade qualification is a bonus but not essential
- Valid SA driver's license
- Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
- Attractive salary package of $90k - $95k + Super + Bonus
