About the role
  • Support customers through our Case Management and Injury Management programs
  • Ensure timely and quality completion of all case management actions, prioritizing positive customer experiences
  • Build trusted relationships with customers
  • Contribute ideas and innovations to improve team performance
  • Demonstrate empathy and a genuine desire to assist injured workers in their recovery
About you
  • At least 2 years of case management experience within WA Workers Compensation
  • Experience supporting individuals with complex injuries
  • Empathetic, customer-focused approach, able to 'walk in our customer's shoes'
  • Capable of handling challenging situations professionally and responsively
  • Experience mentoring other case managers
  • Passion for leveraging emerging technologies in a digital landscape
