Senior Analyst Engineer - IFL

This role demands versatility, leadership, and enthusiasm across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). You will work with enhancement squads in Plum to deliver small to large-scale improvements for stakeholders across Product, Distribution, Operations, Client Enablement, and Remediation.

Collaborate with teams to analyse business processes and user requirements to define system needs. Translate requirements into functional specifications and develop appropriate technical solutions.

  • Design, code, and configure software applications to meet agreed specifications.
  • Enhance, improve, and maintain systems by identifying and implementing necessary changes.

Lead enhancement delivery squads using both Agile and traditional SDLC methodologies. Work closely with project managers, product owners, and business analysts to ensure solutions align with business goals.

  • 7+ years of experience in technology roles, with a strong focus on application development and support.
  • 5+ years in hands-on application development and/or support positions.
  • Proven experience delivering technology solutions and support in a client-facing environment.
