Joining our Chermside team will provide friendly and passionate support from the team and regular clinical supervision to help you thrive as a PBS practitioner. We offer extensive opportunities to extend your technical knowledge about restrictive practice, increase your plan writing skills, and learn about proactive and reactive strategies to enhance quality of life for NDIS participants.

A little about the Chermside office:

  • Close to coffee shops and Westfield shopping centre, ideal for a quick wander or a gym session before or after work.
  • A 15-minute drive to the CBD, making everything accessible.
  • Cheese and wine in the office to celebrate the week's end on Fridays.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Conducting meaningful assessments and designing impactful therapy plans in diverse environments such as homes, day centers, parks, and beaches.
  • Building lasting relationships with participants and observing the positive impact of your work.
  • Celebrating milestones with participants and families, recognizing each step forward as a victory.

Support and Development:

Candidate Profile:

Qualified PBS Clinicians with a passion for participant care, willing to challenge ideas when needed. Backgrounds in Psychology or Social Work preferred. Must have a driver's license, vehicle, and relevant checks (NDIS, Working with Children, Police). At least 1 year of Behaviour Support experience required.
