Position Overview:
The Venue Manager is a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of The Duke of Wellington, an iconic Melbourne venue.
This autonomous position offers excellent company support and the opportunity to be part of a professional hospitality team.

Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of all operational aspects
- Fostering strong relationships with team members, patrons, and local suppliers
- Maintenance of exceptional customer experiences
- P&L understanding and analysis for revenue growth opportunities
- Revenue-building ideas throughout the business
- Effective rostering for front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Stock management and investigation of stock loss
- Training, performance management, and motivation of staff
- Implementation of promotions and collaboration with the Marketing department
The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in a Venue Manager role and demonstrate expertise in venue reporting, financial analysis, and team leadership.
