Milestone IT, a leading recruitment agency in Melbourne Docklands, is looking for a talented Test Lead to join our client's dynamic team. You'll work closely with the PMO team to ensure the success of multiple projects, playing a pivotal role in delivering exceptional quality software.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with the PMO team to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
  • Lead a team of testers in executing test cases, identifying and reporting defects.
  • Utilize your expertise to implement and maintain efficient testing methodologies.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide valuable insights to developers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and technologies.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive testing environment.

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Test Lead or senior testing role.
  • Proven track record of leading successful testing initiatives across diverse projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for quality assurance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
