Woods & Co has partnered with one of Melbourne's top high-end residential landscape companies. They are expanding rapidly, with multiple contracts signed, creating a need for an experienced Leading Hand to join the team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Retaining walls
  • Paving
  • Decking
  • Irrigation
  • Planting
  • Turf
  • Maintenance
  • General construction work

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Leading Hand
  • Certificate 3 in Landscape Construction
  • Ability to operate machinery, including excavators
  • Experience in all aspects of landscaping
  • Ability to work within deadlines
  • Current white card
  • Full driver's license

What's in it for you?

  • Salary package of $70,000-$80,000 + Super + Fuel Card
