We're looking for a strong, results-driven leader who excels at building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of inclusivity. Your experience will ensure that all operations are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with the Council's strategic goals and legislative requirements.
Role and Responsibilities- As the Manager of Operations, provide leadership to drive our community's infrastructure forward.
- Oversee the Tallangatta and Corryong depots and lead services including road maintenance, plant management and the upkeep of parks and open spaces across Towong Shire.
- Lead a dedicated team and create an energetic and engaging environment while ensuring operations are efficient and aligned with strategic, budgetary and legislative requirements.
- Partner with the Director of Infrastructure and Environment to support delivery of Council priorities.
- Experience in operations leadership and the ability to build high-performing teams; passion for inclusivity and staff development.
- While some knowledge or experience in operations is desirable, we are seeking an experienced leader who will take pride in delivering results for the community.
