Queensland X-Ray has more than 50 practices, led by the most experienced team of radiologists and nuclear imaging specialists in the state. Our caring team of professionals from the technical, nursing, and administration support fields are all focused on providing the best service, care and clinical outcomes to our patients and referrers.
About the Role
We are seeking a Medical Administrator to join our Warwick team on a full-time basis. The roles offered are permanent and will be on a rotating roster with shifts varying hours throughout the week, 7am to 9pm, Monday to Friday, and occasional weekend work required.
This position has become available due to growth. The team in Warwick is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the team.
About You
- Demonstrated reception experience within a radiology or specialist practice is advantageous but not essential
- Friendly, caring and compassionate nature with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver a high level of patient care and customer service
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrated composure under pressure prioritising a commitment to service excellence
- Professional personal presentation
- Working with the latest medical imaging equipment, in world-class facilities and with experts in their field
- A friendly and caring team, who have a genuine passion for patient care
