Your Role as a Speech Pathologist
We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll be responsible for managing a caseload of clients, delivering therapeutic services, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure best practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services
- Collaborate with peers across the region to achieve best practice
- Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client
- Provide evidence-based interventions to enhance client quality of life
- Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Current registration with SPA as a Speech Pathologist
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude and interest in ongoing skill development
- Experience in mentoring and supervising other therapists
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
