Remuneration: $58,460.86 per annum, $29.48 per hour plus shift allowances and 12% superannuation

Hours Per Week: 1 x 38 hours + 2 x 20 hours

The Opportunity

HealthShare NSW is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Food Services Assistant. The role focuses on supporting patient comfort and wellbeing through meal service and related duties.

Responsibilities
  • Order taking
  • Meal assembly
  • Meal preparation and distribution of patient meals
  • Recording intake
  • Dishwashing and other associated cleaning duties
  • Waste management

Eligibility Requirements
  • Meet essential requirements as outlined in the Position Description
  • Australian work rights (citizens, permanent residents, or valid work visa). Permanent roles are open to citizens and permanent residents; temporary and casual roles welcome visa holders
  • NSW Health Category A position requiring immunisation and TB screening. Upload OASV Undertaking/Declaration Form and TB Assessment Tool with vaccination evidence
