To support our mission to maintain our position as industry leaders, we are seeking a Relief Store Manager for a full-time role to join our team in Perth.

• Overall responsibility for customer service and end-to-end store management, including facilities management.
• Rostered across various locations within a given region to assist the Store Management team in covering gaps in rosters.

• A retail, sales, or hospitality background would be ideal.
• Possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service with an above-and-beyond attitude and work ethic.
• An enthusiastic team player who consistently strives to exceed expectations.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven individual.
• Proficient in using computers, with excellent email and telephone communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail across all tasks.
• Enjoy problem-solving and taking ownership of tasks.
• Holding a current full driver's license and access to a vehicle is required.
• Forklift license is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work on Saturdays when required.
