Qualifications and experience

• Certificate III in Community Services (Aged Care Work)
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of relevant legislation
• Ability to work independently within the scope of practice
• Commitment to follow RN In Charge directives
• Commitment to confidentiality
• Self-motivated with a positive work attitude

Requirements

• Previous experience working in an Aged Care Facility (Highly desirable)
• Understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards
• Statutory Declaration
• Current police check Required
• Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Highly desirable
• COVID-19 vaccination and boosters where suitable (Highly desirable)
