We are on the hunt for freelance Post Producers to work with us. We are seeking Post Producers with strong design and animation experience to work with us on a variety of short-form project work. We are looking for a sharp, detail-hungry individual and are open to varying levels of experience.

Working with our Post Production teams in Sydney and LA, you'll have detailed knowledge of post-production processes and thrive on collaborating with creatives.

• Support our Senior Post Producer on assigned projects and wider Post Pro supervision requirements, i.e., resourcing, traffic management, and other related admin.
• Independently manage the post production workflow & team for assigned jobs, including, but not limited to, overseeing post budgets, scheduling staff, overseeing editing, VFX, motion design, sound mixing, voice recordings & colour grading.
• Create & manage post production schedules for all assigned jobs.
• Oversee design & animation-only projects as needed.
• Build & maintain collaborative relationships with our clients, rostered talent & post-production team.
• Share & present content for client review, QC review submission & final deliverables.
• Coordinate with post production team members to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality.
• Provide daily instructions to various technical practitioners, including editors, motion designers and finishers.
• Coordinate with EPs, producers & post production managers to book & schedule post-production team members.

• At least 2-4 years experience post producing - or equivalent background in another post management role such as post facility or design/animation agency.
• Experience of post leadership on commercials, episodic formats or features.
• Demonstrable experience of versatility whilst working on briefs for different clients and industries.
• Knowledge of codecs, cameras and other video and audio file types.
• Detailed knowledge of post production processes, including offline editing & online colour grading, visual effects, graphics, titling, captioning, mixing and mastering.
• Strong understanding and/or hands-on experience with industry standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve.
• Must be detail-oriented & highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects & deadlines simultaneously within reason.
• Has a strong sense of client services.

• Experience as sole responsibility for delivering multiple concurrent assets on commercials, episodic formats or features.
• Advanced knowledge of data management - including codecs, cameras & other video and audio file types.

• Work collaboratively with the other teams to ensure the output of work is always of the highest quality possible.
