Ihre Aufgaben
  • Planung, Realisierung und Führung von komplexen Qualifizierungs- und Compliance-Projekten im Pharmaumfeld unter Berücksichtigung aller relevanter Regelwerke und GMP-Richtlinien
  • Entwicklung von Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsstrategien für komplexe Neubau- und Umbau-Projekte mit dem Fokus der aseptischen Herstellung
  • Planung, Realisierung und Führung von Projekten zur Produktvalidierung, Technologietransfer, technische Optimierungen und Produkttransfer
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung von Personal und Weiterentwicklung der Abteilungs-Standards.
  • Führung in interdisziplinären Projektteams unter Einhaltung von Qualität, Kosten und Terminen
  • Consulting unserer Kunden im Rahmen von Investitionsprojekten und Optimierungsprojekten, mit dem Ziel der Sicherstellung der GMP Compliance.
  • Entwicklung von Change Control-, Deviation- und CAPA-Management Konzepten und Führung der Projekte zur Implementierung beim Kunden

Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches, Ingenieur- oder pharmazeutisches Studium
  • Erfahrung im Bereich der aseptischen Herstellung mit Produktionsanlagen, Reinmedien und Räumen
  • Kenntnisse des gültigen Regelwerks und der aktuellen GMP-Richtlinien im Pharmaumfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Qualifizierung, Validierung im aseptischen Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Qualitäts-Systemen wie Abweichungen, Change Controls uns CAPA
  • Spaß an der Führung von Personal und Projekt-Teams
  • Kommunikativer, selbständiger, strukturierter und teamorientierter Arbeitsstil
  • Sehr gut in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Bereitschaft zur Reisetätigkeit
