As a Kitchen Attendant, you will support the kitchen team in maintaining the highest standards of service and cleanliness in the kitchens and staff common areas.

About the Role:

This position is available as both Part-Time and Casual roles.

Reporting to the Chief Steward, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  • Ensuring kitchens and staff areas are supplied with sanitized, clean, and dry equipment.
  • Handling chemicals and equipment according to manufacturer instructions.
  • Operating dishwashing equipment.
  • Deep cleaning kitchens.
  • Storing equipment, crockery, cutlery, and glassware hygienically and safely.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced venue.
  • Flexible availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, AM & PM shifts.
  • The ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • A strong desire to achieve high standards and results.
